Each brand manages its own shipping, which means shipping times, costs, and delivery methods can vary depending on the brand's location and shipping policies. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully to understand how shipping works on our platform.
General Shipping Information
- Shipping Locations: We currently ship to addresses in the UK and internationally. Please note that availability may vary depending on the brand, and some products may not be eligible for international shipping.
- Multiple Brands, Multiple Shipments: Since we partner with different brands, if you order items from multiple brands, they may be shipped separately. This means that you may receive items at different times.
- Processing Times: Each brand has its own processing time, which is the time it takes for them to prepare your order for shipment. Processing times typically range from 1 to 5 business days, but this can vary depending on the brand and the product. Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (if available).
Shipping Costs
- Shipping Fees: Shipping costs depend on the brand's location, the shipping method selected, and the destination of the order. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on these factors and will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
- International Shipping: If your order is being shipped internationally, please be aware that additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply based on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Times
Shipping times will vary depending on the brand's location and the shipping option selected at checkout. Below is a general guide to shipping times:
- UK-based brands: Standard shipping within the UK typically takes 2-5 business days. Expedited options may be available depending on the brand.
- International brands: Shipping to the UK or other international destinations can take anywhere from 7 to 21 business days, depending on the origin country and chosen shipping method.
Please note that these are estimated shipping times and can vary depending on factors such as customs processing or delays by local postal services.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking information (if provided by the brand). You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery. Not all shipping methods may include tracking information, especially for international or economy shipping options.
Delays and Issues
While we strive to ensure your order arrives within the estimated timeframe, unforeseen factors such as customs delays, extreme weather conditions, or postal strikes can occasionally cause delays.
- Shipping Delays: If you experience delays or your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please contact us at contact.maetai@orange.fr .We will help you contact the brand and the shipping provider to resolve the issue.
- Damaged or Lost Packages: If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please notify us immediately so we can work with the brand and carrier to investigate and resolve the situation. In cases where a package is lost, refunds or replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis in coordination with the brand.
International Customs and Duties
For international orders, any applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the shipping cost at checkout, and maëtaï does not control or collect them. You may be contacted by your local customs office to arrange payment of these fees before your package is delivered.
Changes to Shipping Addresses
If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact us at contact.maetai@orange.fr as soon as possible. We will work with the brand to try and update the shipping details, but please note that once an order has been processed and shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
