maëtaï operates as a curated marketplace platform that connects independent brands, artisans, and creators with buyers looking for unique, high-quality products. We do not hold inventory, nor do we act as a retailer. The products listed on our platform are sold directly by third-party sellers (brands) carefully selected by maëtaï. When you make a purchase, you are buying directly from the respective brand.

We act as a facilitator of transactions, but the contract of sale is between you, the buyer, and the brand (seller). The brand is responsible for processing orders, shipping products, and handling returns according to their individual policies.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
